It is a precious ritual object used as a vessel during ritual ceremonies. The interior of the shell is lined with mother-of-pearl, which gives it its delicate iridescent reflections. It is believed to provide a sense of security, purity, and balance. Using an abalone shell during a ritual is like evoking the divine power of fire and the essence of the ocean during an energy cleansing process.

California white sage

"Why should a man die when sage grows in his garden?" This expression, taken from a text by the Schola Medica Salernitana (12th-13th centuries), reveals much about the beneficial qualities of this healing plant. Its name is derived from the Latin verb "salvare," meaning to heal. It grows in the southwestern US, mainly in California, and in northwestern Mexico. Its main virtues are found in the leaves, which capture solar energy to generate a large quantity of essential oils. It diffuses a pleasant and calming aroma. Our white sage is grown naturally, without the use of fertilizers or pesticides.

Tokusen Sakura Usuzumi Incense, a whisper of eternity

• This incense is a tribute to Usuzumi no Sakura, the pale grey cherry blossom, the immense tree over 1500 years old that stands on the peaks of Gifu. Every spring, it blooms beautifully like a miracle of nature.
• Tokusen Sakura Usuzumi releases a sensual aroma composed of cherry blossoms, sandalwood, and Japanese cypress oil that evokes a feeling of tranquility and peace.
• Instructions for use: light the tip of a stick, blow out the flame, and place the stick in the marble sand you have arranged inside the shell.
• A less smoky incense.

Here is how to use it:

• Pour some marble granules into the shell.
• With a match, light the bundle above the shell.
• Let the leaves burn for a moment, then blow on the flame. Be careful, the leaves can be easily scattered.
• To purify individuals: use the feather to direct the smoke toward the ritual participants: direct it toward the head, back, arms, and legs of each person.
• To purify spaces: walk through each room with the shell, diffusing the aromatic smoke with the feather according to your inner feeling. Remember that smudging is a ritual based on intention. With a sincere heart and a noble desire, you will intensify its effectiveness.
